Our orders are shipped by a third party fulfillment house based in Nashville, Tennessee. Most packages are shipped via standard shipping (USPS Ground or Media Mail).

If a package is truly lost, we'll take care of you. But we ask a few things.

  1. Wait 3-5 days even if you've seen a message saying the package has been delivered. We've had reports that USPS drivers sometimes scan the packages before they actually deliver.
  2. Check the shipping address on your original order. The most frequent reason for lost packages are incorrect addresses (incorrect street addresses, missing apartment numbers, and incorrect city/postal codes. If this happens we can re-ship package upon its return to our fulfillment house.
