Our orders are shipped by a third party fulfillment house based in Nashville, Tennessee. Most packages are shipped via standard shipping (USPS Ground or Media Mail).
If a package is truly lost, we'll take care of you. But we ask a few things.
- Wait 3-5 days even if you've seen a message saying the package has been delivered. We've had reports that USPS drivers sometimes scan the packages before they actually deliver.
- Check the shipping address on your original order. The most frequent reason for lost packages are incorrect addresses (incorrect street addresses, missing apartment numbers, and incorrect city/postal codes. If this happens we can re-ship package upon its return to our fulfillment house.
